Inter Milan have been linked Norway striker and former Villa hero John Carew, according to the news as reported by Il Corriere dello Sport.

After losing Diego Milito who will be absent until the season ends, Inter Milan are in the market for a new target man.

Now the transfer window is closed, the Italian giants can only bring in free agents. Big John has been  spending time in the USA of late where he has dabbled with the acting profession

Carew, 33, is without a club since being released after a disappointing spell at West Ham United but remains a folk hero with Holte Enders.
